Ingredients

Granulated Sugar

Ground Cinnamon

Spiral Duros
Vegetable Oil
for frying
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together ¼ cup granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the 4 ounces spiral duros into the hot oil in a single layer, about 10-15 pieces at a time.
Fry the duros for about 1 minute until they puff up.
Remove the fried duros from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Repeat the frying process until all the spiral duros are cooked.
Transfer the fried duros to a large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the duros and gently toss until evenly coated.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
