Texas Roadhouse Grilled Shrimp recipe is an easy recipe to enjoy at home. The fresh lemon juice and simple seasonings make this copycat recipe so delicious.

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon paprika.
Add 1 pound large raw shrimp that have been peeled and deveined with tails on to the bowl. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours.
While the shrimp is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat a grill over medium high heat to approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Thread the shrimp gently onto the soaked wooden skewers.
Place the skewers directly on the hot grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked through.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
