Preheat the oven and prepare 8 slices frozen Texas Toast garlic bread according to the package instructions on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
While the garlic bread is baking, place 1 pound ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Cook the beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
Return the skillet to the heat and stir in ? cup brown sugar, ? cup yellow mustard, and ½ cup ketchup. Stir well until fully combined and cook for a few minutes to blend the flavors together.
Remove the skillet from the heat.
Spoon the sloppy Joe mixture evenly onto the prepared garlic bread slices while they remain on the baking sheet.
Top the slices with 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning evenly over the top.
Place the baking sheet back into the oven and broil for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve warm.
