Ingredients

Refrigerated Cheese Tortellini

Baby Spinach
chopped

Handful Fresh Basil Leave
chopped

Cherry Tomatoes
sliced in half

Red Onion

Italian Dressing

Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
Cook 18 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini based on the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Place the cooked tortellini in a large mixing bowl.
Add 1 ½ cups chopped baby spinach, 1 handful chopped fresh basil leaves, 1 pint cherry tomatoes sliced in half, and ½ chopped red onion to the bowl.
Pour 1 cup Italian dressing over the pasta salad.
Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese on top.
Chill until ready to serve.
