2cupsCooked Chickenshredded
12ouncesWide Egg Noodlescooked to al dente
1 ½cupsFrozen Corn
1cupMilk
2cansCream of Chicken Soup10 oz cans
½Oniondiced
1TablespoonMinced Garlic
1cupCheddar Cheeseshredded
6strips Baconcooked and crumbled
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonBlack Pepper
1cupFrench Fried Onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk 1 cup milk with 2 cans cream of chicken soup.
Stir in 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, 12 oz cooked egg noodles, 1½ cups corn, ½ diced onion, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 6 strips cooked and crumbled bacon, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper.
Spread mixture into the baking dish.
Top with 1 cup French fried onions.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes, then serve.
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. You can easily assemble this casserole the night before. Do not add the French fried onions. Cover the casserole and store in the refrigerator. When you are ready to bake, let the casserole sit at room temperature to come to room temperature, top with French fried onions and then bake.
