Ingredients

baby carrots

cup
celery stalks
1
cup
cucumbers
sliced

cherry tomatoes

cup
Broccoli
diced into small pieces
1
cup
Cauliflower
diced into small pieces

Bell Peppers
any color, sliced

Assorted Dips
ranch, hummus, etc
Instructions
Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
Prepare the vegetables:
Measure 1 cup baby carrots.
Cut 1 cup celery into serving-size sticks.
Slice enough cucumber to make 1 cup.
Measure 1 cup cherry tomatoes.
Cut 1 cup broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces.
Cut 1 cup cauliflower florets into bite-sized pieces.
Slice 2 bell peppers into strips.
Arrange all of the prepared vegetables on a large serving platter, tray, or charcuterie board.
Spoon 2–3 dips into small serving bowls and place them on the tray.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving.
