Ingredients

Ripe Watermelon
diced

For the Dressing:

Instructions
In a large serving bowl, combine 8 cups diced ripe watermelon, 6 sliced basil leaves, 1 ½ cups feta cheese, and ½ sliced red onion.
In a small bowl or blender, whisk together 1 tablespoon olive oil, the juice from 2 limes, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Drizzle the dressing on top of the watermelon.
Top with sliced basil leaves and feta cheese.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
We recommend layering this salad on a platter instead of mixing in a bowl so that the watermelon doesn’t fall apart.
