Ingredients

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine ¼ cup butter and ¼ cup flour and heat over medium heat until the butter melts.
Once the butter and flour mixture is cooked, pour in 2 cups milk while whisking continuously to prevent lumps.
Continue to cook and whisk for 3–5 minutes until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency.
Season with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper, then serve immediately.
