Carrot Cake Cupcakes

These carrot cupcakes are creamy and delicious! I’m sure they will soon be a family favorite!

Step 1

In a small bowl, add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

In a separate mixing bowl, add sugar, oil, vanilla and egg and mix well. Stir in flour mixture and mix until well blended. Fold in carrots.

Step 3

Spoon 2 tablespoons of batter into prepared cupcake pan and bake for 18-20 minutes

Step 4

Frost cupcakes with cream cheese frosting & use Wilton sparkle gel in orange and green  to draw a carrot onto the icing!
