Pumpkin  Cheesecake

– Cream Cheese  – Granulated sugar – Vanilla – Eggs – Premade Graham Cracker Crust  – Canned Pumpkin *tap below for all ingredients

STEP 1

Beat together cream cheese, sugar & vanilla.

STEP 2

Then, add in the eggs.

STEP 3

Pour 1 cup of the mixture into the prepared crust.

STEP 4

Make the pumpkin mixture - combine pumpkin & spices.

STEP 5

Mix well to combine.

STEP 6

Spread on top of the  pie and bake!

Step 7

Bake the cheesecake for 30 – 40 mins, being careful not to overcook it. Chill at least 1 hr before serving.

That's it!

It’s perfect to make the day before Thanksgiving and then it’s ready to serve the next day.
