Instructions
Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Preheat a griddle over medium heat to 350 degrees F (or use a large skillet). Grease the griddle or pan with the butter.
Dip each slice of the sourdough bread for approximately 30 seconds per side.
Then place the coated bread slices on the griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
