Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium low heat. You want the milk to start steaming but not boil. Watch it closely so that the milk does not over boil.
Remove from heat. Add the white chocolate to the pan. Let the mixture sit for 1 minute and stir until the chocolate is melted.
Return the mixture back to the heat and heat over low heat until warm. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour into serving cups and serve topped with whipped cream. Enjoy!
