Instructions
Take your meat straight from cooking and toss it in the mixing bowl.
Make sure the beater attachment is in place on a hand held mixer
Place the hand held mixer in the bowl, raise the bowl and turn the mixer on a low power setting for about 30 seconds.
Continue to gently move the mixer around the bowl until all the chicken is shredded.
