Crock pot pork tenderloin with peaches is the easiest crock pot recipe and so delicious. The pork is so tender and the peach glaze is sweet and savory.
Place 2 lbs pork tenderloin into a 6-quart crock pot.
Add 1 cup peach preserves, 2 tsp minced garlic, ½ cup chicken broth, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper over the pork.
Cover the crock pot with the lid.
Cook on Low for 6–7 hours or on High for 3–3½ hours, until the pork is tender and fully cooked.
Remove the pork from the crock pot and slice into serving portions.
Spoon the peach sauce from the crock pot over the sliced pork.
Serve as is or over rice and enjoy.
Notes
Cook the pork tenderloin until it’s reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. I use a meat thermometer to ensure that the pork does not get over cooked.
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
