  1. Awesome!! Did not have Any preserves left so I threw in a can of diced peaches in heavy syrup w/ a 1/2 cup sugar. Worked like a charm. Amazing over rice w/ Sautéed zucchini.

    My family really likes this recipe. I was hesitant to try it at first because of the peach preserves. It actually gives it a great flavor. I’ve made it in the Instant Pot as well.
