In a large pot, brown 1 pound ground beef with ½ chopped onion over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in 2 jars (24 oz each) marinara sauce, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and 3 cups chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook uncovered for about 10 minutes.
Break 12 oz spaghetti noodles in half and stir them into the sauce. Simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
Check the pasta for tenderness and cook an additional 1–2 minutes until al dente.

*You can use homemade marinara sauce instead of the store bought kind. *Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5-7 days. The noodles will soak up the excess sauce when stored so I recommend add more broth when reheating to thin out the sauce.
