In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine 2 ripe bananas, ½ cup brown sugar, and ½ cup granulated sugar. Mix until the bananas are mashed and the mixture is well combined.
Add 2 eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in ? cup oil and 1 cup pumpkin puree until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 2½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, mixing just until combined. Do not overmix.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 70 to 80 minutes. Bread is done when a knife inserted comes out clean.
