- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled (can use turkey bacon)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- (1) 1 oz packet dry ranch dressing mix
- (1) 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 16 oz. rotini pasta cooked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Place everything in the crock pot except the sour cream, pasta and the cheddar cheese.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Shred the chicken and return back to the crock pot.
Stir in the sour cream. Once combined stir in the cooked pasta and the cheddar cheese.
Serve with a salad.
