Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled (can use turkey bacon)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • (1) 1 oz packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • (1) 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 16 oz. rotini pasta cooked
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Place everything in the crock pot except the sour cream, pasta and the cheddar cheese.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Shred the chicken and return back to the crock pot.
  • Stir in the sour cream. Once combined stir in the cooked pasta and the cheddar cheese.
  • Serve with a salad.
