In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown 1 pound ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Stir 1 tablespoon taco seasoning and ½ cup water into the cooked ground beef. Simmer for 4–6 minutes until most of the liquid cooks off and the flavors combine.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 can (15 oz) refried beans and ½ cup salsa. Microwave for 60 seconds until warm and easy to spread.
Place 1 precooked pizza crust (12–16 inches) on a baking sheet or pizza pan.
Spread the refried bean mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
Top with the seasoned ground beef and 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for approximately 5 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted.
Remove the pizza from the oven and top with ½ cup sour cream, 1 diced tomato, 2 sliced green onions, and ½ cup sliced black olives.
Slice and enjoy!
