Coconut Extract:

This coconut flavoring extract is what pulls all the ingredients together to make this drink. A little bit of this coconut extract goes along ways when adding to your drink. So take it easy when adding to your drink; it is very strong.

You can always add more so start with 1 teaspoon and add more if you need it. We love coconut but we still have to be careful how much we add.

Can you make it ahead of time?

This blue drink is best to serve on the day you make it. You can make it up to a day ahead and store in the refrigerator.

  1. I have a question. Have you ever used unflavored gelatin to turn this into their jello mix? I came across their jello mix at my local Walmart a few months back. All of the flavors were good but this one? There’s just something about it. It’s such a unique flavor. Unfortunately I can no longer find it at Walmart in store. I can however buy a 4pk of all the flavors for $13.99 which is INSANE!! That’s over $3 a box vs the $1.19 a box I paid for in store. If you have turned this recipe into a jello can you please share your recipe? My son LOVES all of the flavors but this one I’d say is both our favorite. Thanks and hope to hear back from you soon…

  2. Sorry, I haven’t tried that yet. If you do try it out, please let us know how it turns out!
