Ingredients

Ingredients needed - Cucumber, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, kalamata olives, minced garlic, oregano, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil
  • Cucumber – Peeled, seeded and sliced
  • Red Bell Pepper and Yellow Bell Pepper – Dice into small pieces  
  • Cherry Grape Tomatoes – Cut in half
  • Red Onion – Sliced into thin slices
  • Feta Cheese – Diced into ½ inch pieces
  • Kalamata Olives – You can also use regular black olives

How to Make Ina Garten Greek Salad

Step 1 – Place all the ina garten greek salad dressing ingredients in a sealed bowl or jar.  Shake or whisk until thoroughly combined.

Step 2 – Gently mix together the salad ingredients (except for the cheese) in a large bowl.

Step 3 – Pour the vinaigrette on top of salad. Gently toss to coat the ingredients in the dressing mixture.
