Slow Cooker Instructions:

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
Stir in the uncooked pasta, cover and cook on high for 20-30 minutes until the pasta is tender. 
Stir in the heavy cream, chopped spinach and parmesan cheese.
Cook until the spinach is wilted. Serve warm and enjoy!
