How to Thicken the Sauce:

If you want a thicker sauce, you can leave the lid off the slow cooker for a few minutes. This usually results in the sauce getting thicker.

You can also reduce the amount of chicken broth you add and this should help with thickening the sauce.

Wonderful recipe! I browned the chicken dredged in seasoned flour. Instead of heavy cream, I used cream cheese. A fantastic recipe, and so easy! Thank you!!

Love simplicity and good flavor! Always a win! Only difference is I seasoned my chicken breast to preference before searing!

  3. Loved how easy it was to make! Appreciated that once I threw it in the crockpot after pan searing I just left for the day. For my taste buds I needed more flavor. So I ended up sprinkling on garlic powder, smoked paprika and some additional sun dried tomatoes at the end when I added the cream. It didn’t make as much sauce as I would have liked. I saved over rice with some crisp garlic/butter naan bread.

New family-friendly staple! I’d order it from a restaurant if it were on the menu. Super easy too!

  5. Can I cut my breast into chunks instead of whole and what would my cook time be? I want to make for 12 people.
