Pretzel no bake cookies

Almost everyone loves a good no back cookie recipe, and almost everyone loves salt and chocolate. So… I decided to combine the two to give you a new twist on the traditional no bake cookie with old fashioned oats recipe.

This resulted in Pretzel no bake cookies. I give you a salty, chocolatey, pretzel no bake cookie recipe. YUM!

You make the no bake cookies just like you normally would but you toss in crushed up pretzels!! Can I get a WOOHOO!? Brilliant I tell you!

The best part about making this cookie (from my 8 year old’s perspective) is to crush up the pretzels. Get the kids involved.

We placed the pretzels in a plastic baggie and let the boy beat up the bag. He had a blast – maybe a bit too much fun.

Seriously… these cookies are so good. Get the kids involved and in about 15 minutes these cookies are done.

They are great for a cookie platter, but still delicious in the summer months when you don’t want to heat up your kitchen.

We enjoy these all year long. They are so amazing.
