Recipe Tips

  • Cookie Scoop – To ensure that the Nestle Toll house cookies are about the same size, we recommend scooping the dough with a cookie scoop.
  • Ingredients – We like to prepare these cookies with room temperature ingredients. This helps to create the perfect cookies with the best texture. Make sure to measure the flour with a measuring cup to ensure that you are adding the right amount.
  • Cookie Dough – We like to prepare the cookie dough ahead of time and place in the fridge until ready to bake. This helps to prevent the cookies from spreading on the baking sheet.
  • Baking Sheet – We like using parchment paper to line the baking sheet. This helps to serve the cookies and makes cleanup a breeze.

Just took the last batch out of the oven. Hubby ate 2 right away but obviously I beat him to the taste test. EXCELLENT COOKIES. I used gluten free flour and my new Kitchenaid sifter-scale attachment to my mixer which was my Christmas present that I used for the first time. Your recipe is a keeper. Thank you.
