Ingredients

- Graham Cracker Pie Crust – We used store-bought but you can make Homemade Graham Cracker Pie Crust with graham cracker crumbs. You can also use Oreos to make and Oreo Crust
- Cream Cheese – Make sure the cream cheese has softened before combining with the other ingredients
- Creamy Peanut Butter – Any brand of peanut butter will work
- Whipped Topping – Substitute with Homemade Whipped Cream with heavy cream

How to Make No Bake Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
- Step 1 – Beat the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and peanut butter together until smooth in a medium mixing bowl with electric mixer.

- Step 2 – Fold in the whipped topping with a spatula in the large bowl into the peanut butter mixture.

- Step 3 – Spoon creamy peanut butter filling over the graham cracker crust or a 9-inch pie plate.

- Step 4 – Chill for two hours or until firm covered with plastic wrap.
- Step 5 – Top with mini peanut butter cups or chopped peanut butter cups. Garnish with a drizzle of Hershey’s chocolate syrup and serve in slices.
Recipe Tips
- Crust Variations – We used a graham cracker pre-made crust but you can easily make your own Homemade Pie Crust in about 15 minutes. This pie would also be good with a Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust.
- Double the Recipe – You can easily double this recipe and place into two pies. You can also put in a 9×13 pan.
- Make sure to Chill – Make sure to allow the pie to chill for two hours. This allows the ingredients to set and to easily cut the pie.
- Use Cold Candy – I like to place the mini peanut butter cups in the refrigerator or freeze prior to putting them on the pie.
- Use Creamy Peanut Butter – Make sure when preparing this pie, that you use creamy peanut butter. Peter Pan is our favorite to use.

Make sure you are using the right cream cheese also. This recipe calls for the block cream cheese not the whipped cream cheese.
Yes, a no bake pie is easy to freeze. This is a great pie to prepare ahead of time and then top with your favorite toppings.
All you need to do is wrap in saran wrap and then I like to wrap with foil to prevent freezer burns. To serve, just set it out and thaw naturally and cut and serve.
Since the peanut butter pie has whipped topping as one of its ingredients, the leftovers will need to be stored in the refrigerator. It will last about 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator. Then the crust will begin to get a little soggy.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust (9 inch)
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup confectioners sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 16 oz whipped topping thawed
- 1 cup mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
- ¼ cup Hershey’s syrup for topping

Instructions
- Place 1 graham cracker pie crust (9-inch) onto a serving plate or pie dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat 16 oz softened cream cheese with ¾ cup confectioners sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1 cup creamy peanut butter to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully combined.
- Fold 16 oz thawed whipped topping gently into the peanut butter mixture until evenly combined and fluffy. Stir 1 cup mini Reese’s peanut butter cups into the filling mixture
- Spoon the filling evenly into the graham cracker pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Drizzle ¼ cup Hershey’s syrup evenly over the top of the pie.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until fully set before slicing and serving.
