  • Optional Healthy Fats Add-Ins – You can easily add handful of spinach, chia seeds, peanut butter, almond butter or flax seeds into this smoothie recipe to add in my nutrients.
  • Protein Powder – For a high-protein smoothie add in protein powder. Greek Yogurt is another great addition.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you Taste Cottage Cheese?

No you can’t taste the cottage cheese when blended with the fruit and other ingredients.

What is the Best Cottage Cheese to Use?

We recommend using full fat cottage cheese for the best texture. Feel free to use small-curd cottage or large-curd cottage cheese.

This smoothie is best served immediately after blending it. But you can store the leftovers in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. The smoothie may separate while storing, if this happens just blend again and it is ready to serve.
