Crock Pot Chicken Parmesan Sliders
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasonin
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 cups Mozarella cheese
- 18 Hawaiian rolls cut in half lengthwise
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Place chicken salt pepper, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and italian seasoning in the freezer bag.
- cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Shred the chicken and stir back in the crock pot
- Spoon the chicken on the hawaiian rolls.
- top with mozarella cheese and the breadcrumbs
- Add the top hawaiian rolls.
- Meanwhile stir together the parmesan cheese, butter and garlic salt.
- Brush on the sliders.
- Place in the oven and cook at 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
