This Diet Coke Brownies recipe is no different. Ok… I know these are not healthier, but humor me here. 🙂 There are no oil in them so they should be better for you, right?

For this easy recipe, you only need 2 ingredients!
- Diet Coke
- box of brownies
Yep – that is all you need! Just a can of Diet coke (12 oz) and a box of brownies.
How to make diet coke brownies:
Just pour the diet Coke into a bowl with the box of brownies. Stir.
Don’t add any eggs or the oil according to the box. All you need is the can of diet coke. Easy!
The result is a delicious brownie with much lower calories. We loved it.

If you want them more fudge like I would probably only use about ½ to ¾ of a can. We like them just the way they are with the full can though.

This recipe calls for an 8×8 baking pan. I just had to replace several of mine and found some on sale on Amazon.
I also like to use parchment paper when I bake. It helps make clean up easy.
If you don’t have a wire rack, they are so handy to help cool the brownies completely if you plan to take them out and then cut them. I would definitely pick up a set if you don’t have any.
They will get used a lot if you bake.

Your ingredient picture shows a brownie mix for 13 x 9 inch pan but the recipe directions state 8 x 8 inch pan. Do you use this brownie mix but bake it in 8 x 8 inch pan instead? My husband and I are diabetic and would like to try this for a treat. Thanks.
