Can I use Pepperoni Instead?

Yes, pepperoni work just the same. Add the pepper to a smaller glass like a shot glass and add the pepperoni slices just like you do for salami.

Turn the glass upside down and place it on cheese board. I like adding both salami roses and pepperoni roses so it gives the board dimension.

Tips for a Charcuterie Board:

  • Use a board with an edge. It will make it SO much easier to put together and get the ingredients to stay in place.
  • These are best served immediately or fairly soon after putting together.
  • Try to include a variety of fruits, deli meats, cheeses and crackers. Not only does it look pretty to have a nice selection but it will ensure your guest have options to choose from. Everyone will enjoy several variety of cheeses and sliced meats.
  • Flip the glass – After you have placed the meat around the glass flip the glass on the board.
