This is crazy easy with just 3 ingredients. Two of the ingredients are ice and water, so you can’t mess this up! And each serving has only about 5 calories! Yes, only 5 calories. I told you it was a low calorie slushie, but you want miss all the calories.

I have a Vitamix and I love it. It is old and is still going on strong. It is quite the investment to get one, but it is one investment that won’t disappoint. It will be the last blender you ever had to buy. Amazon has several of them on sale right now for a great price.
Now if a Vitamix isn’t in your budget, then I recommend a Waring professional blender. They are going to get the job done and you can get them for as low as $50. Now they are not as great as a Vitamix, but they are the next best for a much more reasonable cost. Amazon has several Waring blenders on sale right now.

Ingredients you need:
- 2 cups of cold water
- 1/2 packet of Crystal light (not the single bottle packages)
- 4 cups of ice
How to make a Slushie for less calories:
1. Place all the ingredients in the blender in the order listed.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into four glasses and serve with a straw and maybe even a spoon. ?
Now you can even enjoy a Summer drink with your kids without all the extra calories. This comes to only 5 calories per serving. This should make 4 nice size servings.
