Ingredients

- Almond Flour – We like Bob’s Red Mill but any works great. You can also use 3 tablespoon coconut flour for another great gluten-free option
- Large Egg
- Butter, melted – Coconut oil can be used for a delicious substitution and a dairy-free option

How to Make 90 Second Keto Bread

Step 1 – Put the 3 tablespoons of almond flour, baking powder, egg, pinch of salt and melted butter in a microwave safe bowl (Our container measures 4 inches wide at the bottom)

Step 2 – Use a fork, or a small whisk to whisk it together the batter in small bowl and tap on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

Step 3 – Place in the microwave for 90 seconds. Remove from microwave and allow to cool slightly.

Step 4 – Then slice the bread in half. You can eat it just like this. Or for even more flavor, fry the bread (both sides) in a tablespoon of butter in a skillet.
