  • 2-3 pounds cheap steak or roast* chopped into chunks
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp yellow curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1/2 large yellow onion chopped
