- Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheeses
- Tator Tots

Ingredients
- Chick-Fil-A Chicken Nuggets – You can also use frozen chicken nuggets
- Large Eggs – You can also us egg whites to lower the calorie
- Milk – We like using whole milk for a rich and creamy flavor
- Spices – All you need is salt and pepper. You can easily add your favorite spices
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese and Blend of Monterey Jack Cheese – We recommend using hand shredded cheese for the best flavor
- Frozen Tator Tots – You can also use shredded crispy hash browns

How to Make Chick-Fil-A Hash Brown Scramble Bowl
- Step 1 – Prepare the tator tots based on the package instructions for 4 people and set aside.
- Step 2 – Prepare the chicken nuggets based on the recipe instructions and set aside.
- Step 3 – In a medium size bowl, whisk together the whole eggs, milk and salt until pale and frothy.
- Step 4 – Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and scramble the eggs in the pan over medium high heat.
- Step 5 – Slice the chicken nuggets into ½ inch strips
- Step 6 – Then evenly divide the scrambled eggs, chicken, tator tots and shredded cheeses into 4 bowls.
- Step 7 – Serve with salsa if you prefer and enjoy.

- Use Other Type of Chicken – We love using the recipe for homemade Chick-Fil-A nuggets or Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Nuggets for this recipe but you can use store bought chicken nuggets to save time as well. You can also use turkey sausage.
- Add in Vegetables – You can easily mix in some bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, spinach and onions for additional flavors.
- Low Carb – For a keto variation, substitute the tator tots with Cauliflower Rice.
- Tex-Mex Variation – Mix in black beans, salsa, and diced avocado for a delicious variation.
- Cheese – Feel free to change the cheese for pepper jack cheese.
- Additions – For added flavor and crunch, we have added in crispy bacon.
