What kind of pickle juice do you marinade the chick- fil-a chicken pieces in.??
I used Dill pickle juice from a jar of dill pickles I had in my refrigerate and it worked great in this recipe.
I am trying this with my family tonight my chicken nuggets are in the refrigerator marinading now. Will come back when done to give my final review. Who would have known they used dill pickle juice?
I know but it tastes amazing. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
This sounds amazing! I have no pickle juice, what can I substitute? Lemon/vinegar/apple cider vinegar/ pineapple juice? Or just increase the milk – which I have to use non-dairy ….. which means my chicken will taste different! Thank you x
If you don’t have pickle juice, you can just leave it out. However, the pickle juice it what make these nuggets taste just like the ones from Chick-fil-A.
Been looking for a chick fil a copy cat but they all use powdered sugar. My partner is on keto so it isn’t an option right now, has anyone made this without the powdered sugar?
Yes you can eliminate the powdered sugar and it will still taste great.
