Recipe Notes

Use the Whole Cranberry sauce (not jellied) for this recipe.
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Sometimes the brie and cranberry sauce bubbles out of the pastry while baking so just carefully scoop it back in after the cooking time while itโ€™s cooling if needed.ย
Spray the muffin tin generally so that the bites are easy to remove. Make sure to remove them while they are still warm. I find that a fork works well to carefully remove them from the pan.ย ย
These can easily be assembled the night before, refrigerate and bake when youโ€™re ready to enjoy them!
