How to make velveeta cheese dip with sausage:

First, brown the sausage in a skillet and drain the fat.

If you have a Ninja Cooking System, you can do it all in the same pot.  So handy!

Next, place in a small crock pot. I used a 3 quart crock pot.

Place rotel on top.

Cube the velveeta and place in the crock pot.

Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

If you prefer your dip thinner stir in ½ cup of milk. You can also add an extra can of rotel if you would like the dip spicier.

Yes! Velveeta is super easy to melt in the crock pot and the consistency turns out so creamy and delicious. I like to cube it and it makes it easier to melt.
