How to Make Lemon Garlic Salmon

Step 1 – Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray for easy cleanup.

Step 2 – Place salmon fillets in the dish, pat them dry with paper towels, and let them sit for about 15 minutes to come to room temperature.

Step 3 – In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Step 4 – Brush the lemon garlic butter glaze evenly over the top of the salmon and the sides, making sure they are fully coated.

Step 5 – Bake for 12–20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets. (My fillets took 17 minutes.) The salmon should flake easily with a fork or reach an internal temperature of 145°F. 

Step 6 – Allow it to rest for 3 minutes after removing from the oven.

    I made this twice already. My daughter loved it. She wants me to make it 3 times a week..I’m going to try because I’m on a budget. She eats the salmon only with broccoli. As long as she eats I’m happy because she’s a very picky eater..Ma’am there are alot of recipes that she enjoys… especially the crockpot recipes..I wanted to say thank you so much for making me a happy mom.
