Expert Tips

  • Cutting Potatoes – We recommend to cut the potatoes about the same size. This will ensure that the potatoes cook evenly and about the same time.
  • Boiling Time – Softening the potatoes will vary depending on the size of your potatoes. You will know that your potatoes are done when they are fork tender.
  • Mashing Potatoes – You can mash the potatoes with a hand mixer or a stand mixer. We have also used a potato masher with delicious results.
