This Pulled Pork Chili is smoky, hearty, and loaded with flavor! This delicious chili is made with tender shredded pork, beans, tomatoes, and spices. Perfect for game day or cozy nights in!

Once the cooler weather hits, Chili is always on the menu. I thought I would try something new and make chili with Pulled Pork and everyone loved it! The first time I made it, I was surprised at how much depth the smoky pork added compared to traditional ground beef chili. It was rich, hearty, and full of flavor in every bite.
Now, I love making this slow cooker recipe whenever we have extra pulled pork from a cookout or BBQ night or cook the pork right in with the chili ingredients. Itโs the kind of meal that feels perfect for game days, cozy fall evenings, or anytime you want a bowl of comfort food that really sticks to your ribs.
Ingredients

- Boneless Pork Roast – You can also use a pork shoulder or pork butt for this recipe. If you choose a pork with bones, make sure to remove any from the chili when shredding.
- Garlic Cloves – Learn How to Mince Garlic Cloves
- Onion – Chop onion into small pieces
- Beans – We used Red Kidney Beans and Pinto Beans. Drain and rinse the beans before adding
- Simple Spices – Add in paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper
- Cayenne Pepper – I love the kick that the cayenne pepper gives to this recipe but if you are sensitive to spice, omit it from the recipe.
- Crushed Tomatoes – Gives the chili a tomato base
- BBQ Sauce – You can use store bought or learn how to make Homemade Barbecue Sauce
- Beef Broth – If you are out, you can use beef stock or water
