We love making fun Valentine’s Day treats at our house that don’t take a lot of work. This White Chocolate Popcorn is not only festive and delicious but so easy to make!
White Chocolate Popcorn
We have so much fun baking around here but it has to be simple. From cake mix cookies, to simple cake recipes… life needs to be fun.
However, it also has to be quick and frugal in our house and this Valentine’s Day White Chocolate Popcorn Recipe is just that. š
White Chocolate Covered Popcorn isĀ so inexpensive to make and sure to be a hit with everyone!
This White Chocolate Popcorn recipe is exactly that! I used white chocolate chips instead of almond bark, but almond bard would be good too.
However we can get white chocolate chips cheaper right now because of our coupons and the after season sales. Almond bark rarely goes on sale.
I also used just half a package of white Chocolate chips instead of a whole package. I find that my kids like it better if the popcorn is just drizzled with the chocolate instead of covered in it.
I often just use what I have in the pantry or what is on sale at the grocery store. This is how weĀ save money on groceriesĀ and it really helps our budget.
We get to bake lots of fun treats and save money.Ā By shopping when things are on sale, it is a win all around.
We also like to make this Valentines Day Cake Balls Recipe. These are so good and easy too.
The kids and I have a blast baking together and it is so fun for Valentine’s Day. We love to share with friends and family and even the neighbors.

Yum! This looks great. My husband loves flavored popcorns but if you buy them already flavored they can get so pricey so quickly. I’ll have to try my hand at doing it myself š
Carrie says
Oh, this is much better than the pre-bought stuff too!
Alayna says
Did you use buttered popcorn or does that not matter? Thanks! Sounds like a great recipe.
Carrie says
I have done it both ways and they both turned out great.
rhonda says
How much popcorn did you use? Bags come in assorted sizes and I want to have enough to make this.
Carrie says
We just used the regular family size bags- no the mini bags.
Corissa says
My question is….how long do you think it would stay fresh, if not eaten right away?
