I’ve been on a blueberry cobbler search for the best recipe. This one looks amazing and reminds me of a favorite, long lost, recipe when the kids were growing up. I will be making this tomorrow for Memorial Day. Thank you for sharing!

    1. Carrie Barnard says:

Thank you Margarita! I hope you enjoy this recipe and I hope that it is exactly what you have been searching for!

I have made the blueberry cobbler twice now, my family loves it. I do seem to have a problem getting the dough done in the middle. But, it’s so easy to make. Taste delicious, is very quick to put together. When I finally master the baking part, it will become a dish for company.

    1. Carrie Barnard says:

Sue – I’m so glad you enjoy it. You can continue baking it and loosely cover the top with foil so that it doesn’t get to brown until the center of the cobbler gets cooked through.

I made this recipe (a last minute decision) to take to Easter dinner, reluctantly, because I really didn’t think anyone would eat it.. there was already going to be so many desserts and I really thought it would have been put on the back burner. Boy was I wrong! I have never made a cobbler before, but the way the family scarfed this up, you would have thought a 5 star chef made it! So many compliments, and fighting over the last couple pieces. I was in shock lol.. I highly recommend this recipe, it is so easy to make. I am already getting requests to make it again for the next family get together ๐Ÿ™‚

That is so awesome! We loved it too.

  4. Vicki Wolschleger says:

Just wondering if I could use a bundle pan? I think it would look so pretty!

    1. Carrie Barnard says:

Hey Vicki! I haven’t tested that yet but it should work! You will need to increase the cooking time in a bundt pan. I would start by adding 5 minutes and then check it from there and continue to add time until it’s cooked through. Let me know how it turns out!
