Recipe Notes

I love serving this as an appetizer or easy side dish.
You can use regular gnocchi, cauliflower or sweet potato gnocchi in the recipe if you prefer. If you use frozen gnocchi do not thaw it out before using it in this recipe. Frozen gnocchi will take a few more minutes longer to cook so add a few minutes to the cooking time until golden brown.
If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, run it at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes to warm it up.
These are best served fresh but the leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Reheat them in the air fryer when enjoying to make them crispy again!
