Expert Tips

  • Prepare Loaf Pan – Before pouring the banana bread into the loaf pan, make sure to spray and line with parchment paper. This helps to easily remove the brad from the pan to slice and serve.
  • Combining Ingredients – For the best flavor, do not overmix the banana bread batter. This will keep the bread soft and moist.
