Ingredients

- Fresh Brussels Sprouts – Trimmed and cut in half
- Olive Oil – Use oil of your choice
- Simple Spices – Salt and Black Pepper. You can even add in ½ tsp of minced garlic for even more flavor.
- Sriracha – Adds a spicy flavor
- Honey – Substitute with maple syrup

How to Make Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts

Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. Spread the Brussel Sprout onto the baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 2 – Drizzle the olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper. Gently toss the Brussel sprouts on the pan to coat them all with the oil and seasonings. Bake for 15-20 minutes until brown and crispy.

Step 3 – While the Brussel sprouts are baking, whisk together the Honey Sriracha mixture in a large mixing bowl.

Step 4 – Once the Brussel sprouts are cooked, immediately add them to the mixing bowl and gently toss brussels sprouts in the Sriracha and honey mixture. Serve these spicy brussels immediately while warm and enjoy!
