- 1 pound brussel sprouts
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the ends of the brussel sprouts off and cut in half.
In a large bowl combine the brussel sprouts, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. toss to combine
Spread out on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
