Pro Tips

  • Patties – Combine the ground beef mixture carefully. Make sure to not overmix so it keeps the patties tender and juicy.
  • Brown Bits – We love to keep the brown bits in the pan for a delicious, authentic flavor.
  • Eggs – You may need to cook the eggs in batches as you do not want the eggs to overlap when cooking.

Flavor Variations

  • Spam – Swap the ground beef patty with a slice of spam for a true island vibe!
  • Rice – If you have leftover Fried Rice then substitute it with cooked rice in this recipe.
