This Simple Meal Plan makes dinner easy with five simple meals, one grocery trip, and every recipe under $4 per serving.

This is one of my favorite meal plan weeks because the variety is genuinely impressive. Two slow cooker dinners that cook themselves a copycat restaurant salad, a fun nacho night and a veggie pizza that even the pickiest eaters love all in the same week.
In a house with 8 kids having five completely different simple dinners that appeal to every different taste at the table is the thing that makes meal planning actually work and this week delivers exactly that.
