I’m cheating on this recipe because I am using a boxed brownie mix, but you can easily use my homemade brownie recipe. I just happen to get brownie mixes really cheap with my coupons not too long ago. I stocked up. 🙂

How to make White Chocolate Peppermint Brownies Recipe

Now if you don’t have a food processor, you will want one. I highly suggest you use a nice food processor like these on Amazon if you don’t have one. You could use this mini food processor but it won’t get the peppermints quite as fine.

You are basically going to mix up the brownie mix like normal, but add in the peppermint extract. You will bake like normal too. However, once they are cooled, that is where the fun comes into play and that is when the extra holiday flavor will pop!

If you are making these for a cookie exchange or to add to your holiday spread, I would cut these up into small pieces so everyone can have a bit of everything.
