Recipe Tips

  • Prepare Baking Dish – We recommend lining your baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup. This also helps to easily remove the bars from the pan.
  • Combining Ingredients – Before combining the butter and sugar make sure the butter is at room temperature. This will help to create a softer texture. Make sure when combining the wet and dry ingredients together to not to overmix. Overmixing can create dense blondies.
  • Cool Blondies – Before cutting blondies allow them to cool. This will help to create cleaner cuts.
